i had a excellent experience with the service of my rav 4 it was a relaxing atmosphere to wait for my car which was not long at all will and have recommended roberts toyota to many friends and family

Had a 11:30a.m. appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. It was completed at 2:30p.m. Waited in the visitors lounge for 2 hours. Never have I had to wait so long for an oil change and tire rotation.

I dropped my car off at 8:00 am and was told it would take 4 hours. I said no problem will I get it back by lunch? We will try. I absolutely understand that. When 6 1/2 hours past I messaged them. I was told it was going smoothly and should be 30 more minutes. I never heard from anyone. I just showed up at 4:45 and my car was sitting there ready. The gentleman who helped me was nice, but I really feel like someone just dropped the ball in letting me know my car was ready

The warranty stinks I will not buy another 1 I was going to buy NY wife a new one but I am going to buy a Nissan better warranty.

First of all the start off Robertson Toyota is a family owned dealership. They actually care about people. They do a great job to make things great for the customer. They try hard, which is outstanding to me outstanding Tech AUTUMN LUCI ER did a really good job changing the Oil thank you Again, God bless this dealership, recommend buying and servicing vehicle there again, A+
