I had never been to Roberts before for service, I had been using Beamonout of Nashville for many years, but they changed locations to Antioch. I called and actually got to speak to a person and they were very courteous and got me in as soon as possible and the service there was excellent.

The only negative comment I have is that I first attempted to schedule maintenance on your website and it did not go well. Your website could use some work. When I called to make the appointment that experience was very positive.

Patrick was great to work with. Did not have to wait long. Probably 1 hour & 15 minutes. 2 issues my wife addressed with Patrick. First issue no paper to cover the floorboards. We had a little black powdery substance on floorboard mat but it shook off the mat & a greasy or sweaty arm pattern on the top of console which wiped off. One tire sensor was not repaired or addressed. We live 50 miles one way from dealership & told service manager one tire sensor does not work because light has stayed on for several years. When we were ready to leave we pointed out to Patrick the tire sensor was still on. He checked with service guy & he said after 10 miles was driven it would reset itself & go off. After 50 miles it was still on. My wife called Patrick & told him this issue. Patrick apologized & said come by some Saturday & they would look at it. Not sure we would be back in Columbia anytime soon. These are not life threatening issues but we pointed out tire sensor & it was not addressed & we had completely cleaned our truck inside & outside before coming to dealership & had a little cleaning issue. Other than that everything went great.
