They keep telling me it’s my tires, but it doesn’t seem like that’s the problem. My RAV4 wasn’t making this noise in the front til I had my brakes done. I wish I would’ve waited until I really needed them they were low but at least it wasn’t making noise. Anyway I just don’t understand. I bought my car there & thought I could depend on your dealership, but now I have a different opinion. I’ve always enjoyed my RAV4 but now I just don’t feel safe. They keep telling me I need to replace 2 tires & I just can’t afford it right now, I was told by Brenda that my warranty would cover them & then she act as if she didn’t know what she was talking about. I m telling you I don’t feel like I was done far & why should I have to buy 2 tires when I still have 2 more yr warranty? I also have gotten an alignment, I did take it to Firestone because I have my tires rotated every time I get an oil change. I have a lifetime warranty on alignment but I did trust you all to do my brakes & spent $446.00 And not satisfied with the noise. Anyway where do I go from here? It sounds like a roaring noise, doesn’t sound like the tires. When I turn right or slow down I hear it.
