Today was the 5th time I have been to the service dept to fix the same issue on a brand new vehicle. Once again, the issue was not fixed. The problem is the exact same as it was the first time I brought it back. Clearly no one drove the vehicle today after they replaced what they said was the problem to assure it was actually repaired on my FIFTH VISIT. It was obvious a half mile down the road that it still sounds like you are driving with the driver side window cracked when you get above 50 mph. It still does. I will just find another dealership to go to. I travel for work and I don’t have time to keep spending this much time driving back and forth from Pulaski and sitting there waiting, only to have to come back over and over, on my few days home with my family. I think 5 times is plenty.

Not completely, this was a return visit. Scheduled because the service requested a week ago could not be completed. This service was quick but I do have a soft brake pedal that will require me to do additional work.

I left my car at 10am, I was told about 3 hours. At 3:30 they had not even finished an oil change. I was getting off work and stranded. Unless I come sit for an hour and wait for them to finish. I told them not to start on anything else, finish oil and I will get fuel system done later. But will not be back to columbia for it

Lack of communication to update me on status of my vehicle. Even after I called 2 hrs after drop off, no text for update until I text and asked for the status close to closing time.

Quick and easy. Only complaint was my valve stem caps were replaced with two different styles/color or cap-not what was on it when I bought it.
