The SUV was returned to us with black marks on the driver’s side visor and headliner, presumably from dirty hands. I contacted Mike as soon as I saw it. He has to speak with his service manager who is not available until Monday. He apologized profuselh and promised to take care of it. We are not happy about this but are hopeful that there will be a prompt resolution.

Service light wasn’t reset when my vehicle was returned. New mileage sticker wasn’t provided and old one remained on window. Seemed to have taken too many appts and rushed to accommodate the the service levels.
