Chris was polite and friendly. Through no fault of his the key machine was broken and they were unable to complete the repairs. This will require me to make an additional appointment. The key itself is $250. The programming is an additional $170. With tax this will come close to $500 and 3trips to the dealership to replace 1key. I like Toyotas but this is a **** way to treat a customer.

Sean did a excellent job explaining everything to me and he also talked about deals that would help me in the long run regarding a oil change and a lower price of tires than the ones I had bought the last time. Great job Sean , keep up the good work you’re great at what you do !!

Michael is the best! This was an extended warranty issue that the dealership that I bought the car from (Toyota of Cool Springs) didn’t want to deal with. Michael went way above the call of duty to resolve this issue. He dealt with the morons at the warranty company to make sure my wife’s car was not only no longer leaking oil but safe to drive (bad front axle.) We are definitely buying a new RAV4 XSE this year. Hopefully from your dealership but we will buy from the dealership that offers the best price and incentives.
