The coments made on the price for replacing all 4 tires plus balancing was a good input, but it would have been better if you provided an evaluation of the condition/life of each tire, so I could make the decision as to whether the estimate was real or just a sales pitch. Might just look at it as if trying to coerce me to sell you my car to satisfy someone else’s desire and sell Toyota’s newer models. YOUR THOUGHTS?

Sean explained everything and got back to me and recommended the services that needed attention now and the ones that could wait based off my budget. The staff there were very attentive and everyone there made it super easy. I love that they kept in communication via text with what was going on and sending me the full report so that I could look at it during the whole process. I am very satisfied and I’ll for sure come back and recommend my family and friends here!

I’m disappointed that I was in for oil change on Monday and asked in my appointment notes for you to look at the hub seal leak. You said your techs were too busy to get to it I would have to bring it back. Before I left on Monday I provided my warranty information and offered my service records. Today, I took a second day off work hoping you would complete the repair but was told that you still had not gotten warranty repair authorization and didn’t have the parts ordered either. So now I will have to take a third day off work for a repair job that could have been completed in one day if your service was better.

Very helpful, but limited in knowledge of wiggle room when charge is under 3% with the Bz simply because they don’t sell that many of them so their experience to draw from is limited.
