Larry, Keren and Michael service team provided the highest ranking customer service I have ever had at the Roberts Toyota Service dept. Scheduling is difficult, takes a week's to make an appointment. The staff just is NOT friendly. The car doesn't get started on until 30 to 60 minutes uses passed your appointment time. Your waiting area is terrible. You really need to visit other toyota dealerships and see what high class looks like. I'm considering trading my car in for a new one but I can't do it here, I'm sure you can make a good deal, but your service center lacks so bad, I'm looking to go to Springhill, not for the service center and friendliness of their people.

Got there at 12:15 I was early asked how long it would take he said hour and thirty minutes so I sat for a hour truck didn’t move went up to him and he said your appointment wasn’t till one o’clock so I got my keys and left I won’t be coming back I’ll take my business to Coolsprings for now on I’ve bought a lot of cars from Roberts never again service department is absolutely terrible

Service was fine. My only complaint is that I called ahead of my visit to ask if the dealership still supplied uber vouchers when guests were dropping off their vehicles for service and needed to get back to work, and was told yes. It would have been good to know that this was just a one time service. It wasn’t until I got there and asked for the uber voucher that I was told I didn’t qualify since I’d used it the last time I had service done. I ended up calling someone to pick me up and it worked out, but for the next guest, maybe just let them know ahead of time that it’s a once and done kind of perk.
