The representative was very nice and accommodating. My dissatisfaction came when I brought my Toyota sequoia in for a warranty issue and rear door hatch repair under warranty. It doesn’t close electronically and I was expecting it to be repaired while I left it for several hours only to now have to make another trip to bring it back when the part that is needed comes in. It is very frustrating and inconvenient when it should be able to be repaired the first time I brought it in.

Mariah was excellent, she provided me with regular information regarding my vehicle. The truck was at your dealership for 6 weeks waiting for a part to be shipped. I am very unhappy about the 2 "dings/nicks" on my drivers side door. They were not there when the truck was dropped off. I communicated this information to Mariah and a manager and he basically blew me off and did nothing about it. I reported this to him after I came back to the dealership about a week after I dropped off the truck so that I could pick up some personal belongings.
