There are a couple things: 1) the intake form said fuel level was empty; it was mostly full. 2) I still hope to get a quote from Aidan about repairing my mirror. Aidan was thorough, respectful, and knowledgeable. We’re looking to make a switch to Robert’s after being with Beaman for 44 years—always happy. But since we now live in Maury County, we’re hoping this will work for us. So far, you’ve met our expectations. Thank you!

I asked to have an air leak repaired in the right rear tire. When the service was completed, I asked if the tire was repaired, tech said yes. I asked what the repair was, he said it was plugged. The tire is still losing air at the same rate.

Although we were completely satisfied with our experience we were there because of a service call the day before. The technician the day before failed to tighten the oil drain plug. I would think that there would be a double check on something of that importance. Again the quick response to resolving the issue was great.

No need for contact. It took 2 hours for an oil change due to "severe technical difficulties". I had an appointment also and had to wait with the vehicle. The mechanic did apologize for the wait but I had not intended to spend 2 hours of my day waiting on an oil change.
