I wanted to see what the measurements were prior to the alignment so that I could make an informed decision about doing the alignment. I requested these after the alignment but only saw the measurements after.

I am a little concerned that I bought the vehicle less than 2 years ago, and the radio has been replaced twice and now the seat motor replaced. Is this common for RAV4 Hybrids to have this many warranty needs before 30k miles? The people at Roberts have been very kind and accommodating.

First, Michael was extremely kind and made me feel at ease about my car. He told me right up front that he would contact me as soon as he knew what was wrong with my car. He did just that and explained his recommendations plus pricing for each service performed. He did not push any service on me either. (Rare dealing with a dealership now days). They finished fixing the car like they said they would. What really shocked me was the pricing! It was by far the best I have seen anywhere! Overall, I was very pleased with my experience with Roberts Toyota Service Dept. I will definitely start bringing my toyota for service here. Michael Hughes knows how to treat people!
