I brought my car in @ 9:00 (1 1/2 hr. Before my appointment at 10:30) I needed my car for work and picked it up at 2:00. They hadn’t even Looked at it yet. The scheduling dept. should’ve just said we are booked up until…. Or the service team could have told us to wait until they had enough time to work on it.

My appointment was for 1:45 pm. I waited over two hours for my service to be completed. All I wanted was an oil change. It does not take two hours to do an oil change

Took an hour and half to do a oil change and tire rotation. Was quoted $99. Then got there he said $116. Ended up charging $130. Highway robbery for an oil change and as long of a wait as it was. Got there at 3pm wasn't out til 4:30pm.

I thought they did an inspection but when I got the Hohenwald exit and I noticed my tire was saying it was 19 PSI, stopped and checked it out and there was a screw in it that wasn’t in it before I came there. So now I have to get a plug put it in!!! I’m PISSED.

As usual I am always 100% satisfied with Roberts Toyota. Came in at 1 PM on Jan 9th for a brake pad replacement and was told that it would be a 2 hr job. I was texted at 2:50 that it was finished. 10 minutes early!!! Thanks Roberts!!

Came in for a regular service. The wait was over 2 and a half hours. That seems a bit much. Also, I asked that the truck be programmed so when I open the driver side door that all of the doors unlock. I was told that was done. But it does not work. I don’t come back in because I’d been there so long already.
