Not all of this was Patrick’s fault, but my appointment was at 10 AM. No one looked at my car until 11 AM. Then the diagnostic to determine why my radio was not playing was not completed until a total of 3.5 hours after I initially arrived. I was not told sorry for the delay. I often had to get up and see Patrick to find out what the delay was. Patrick said there was a huge amount of cars being repaired. So that is why I say all of this was not Patrick’s fault. However, as a customer, I did not get the best service from Roberts Toyota today.

The guy who helped me was rude and short with me that’s the guy that checked me in The guy that checked me out was really nice. The prize to do it to do the work was way over what I thought I should’ve been as well. Not impressed

Everyone was very nice and friendly. All employees greeted customers with "good morning",and had a smile. Customer lounge was completely comfortable. Great job to ALL staff.

Very welcoming staff and Mr. Larry came by every time to keep me and my husband updated on everything to do with both our RAV4's. Loved the pull-in service and the updates to my phone while I was waiting for my vehicles to be done.

I took my car in 3 times to get problems fixed and every time I got car back it was something else wrong with it also got worse from coming to Roberts
