Service was quick, informative and very courteous. No problems whatsoever. Love my Rav 4. I think this is my fourth. The only thing I would like for Toyota to do is reinstate the original message center where you can just hit reply. Much safer Thank you very much.

I wanted them to look at my backup camera which seems to have shifted and the wireless charger that doesn’t work properly and was told I’d need to leave me car. I have a hard time believing there was absolutely no time for this. I live 45 minutes away so leaving my car is extremely inconvenient. I would have appreciated if the desk dude would have taken the time to either better explained or ask the tech manager if either one of these items could be looked at the very least.

Always great service at Roberts Toyota. Staff are friendly and professional. There is a comfortable waiting room. They also have a service tracking app which is helpful.
