A service advisor , who is no longer there ( was fired) sold me a package that I didn’t need. I had a warranty and I insisted, but he told me I didn’t. Now can not get a refund. Very unhappy.

The oil change price went up. I was not notified prior to service. I’ve always been shown the price of the oil change before getting serviced. When I asked the employee about this today, he quite literally laughed in my face and argued with me. It was extremely rude and disrespectful. It was also unpleasant to be surprised with an almost $25 higher amount. I would’ve taken my vehicle somewhere else.
