Got there with an appointment time at 3 pm on Thursday for an oil change, the guy who took my info told me that is going to be a little longer then usual ( in my mind … oil change takes between 15-30 min + extra time (30 more min) ), after 1 hour waiting playing with my phone, I had try to use your( car battery ) charger station didn’t work.. came back to the couch, on the tv the tv show renovations houses was playing … started to fall asleep…. 1.5 hours waiting already fell asleep a couple times… I remember that the guy offered me coffee… guest what … it’s also not working ….. after 2 hours and 10 min my oil change was done… I hope you guys can fix wherever is going on . THANK YOU

I asked to make sure air was put in my tires after my rotation and just assumed it had been. When I checked my tire pressure it was the same after the service. Never had an issue before.

Although it took an hour & twenty minutes, I was disappointed that making an appointment didn’t seem matter. I had an 11:30 appointment & was told they’d get me in as soon as possible but there might be delays because all the techs go to lunch at noon, whoever is in charge of scheduling needs to take these things into consideration & just block out a time instead of letting things fall behind. There were several other people in the waiting area that complained about how long it took to do a simple oil change, I can understand that if I show without an appointment that it could take longer but what is the purpose of having an appointment if you’re still going to have to wait.

The wait time is too long. Two hours for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation is excessive. I could understand if I just dropped in but I had an appointment. It is my understanding that they were short two technicians but that should have been conveyed to me when I showed up or a phone call ahead of time would be even better. Dana was polite and nice.
It took 2 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation and this was with an appointment. My service representative did a very good job. He informed me that they were running behind, was courteous and represented the dealership well. However the 2 hour wait will make me consider another dealership the next time I am due for service.
Service representative was nice but Problem got worse.
