tires not aired, balanced and rotated like i paid for; protective plastic cover hanging loose under front of engine; greasy handprints on my hood; i didn’t squabble one bit with the $519 fix on a break light wire short and even asked for oil change with balance and rotate and multi point inspection, but now i’m not sure if you did anything based on the shoddy service job. i have zero confidence you even did the multi point.

There was only 3 lube techs on duty and it took 3 hours to complete my service. More technicians are needed there

I had appt at 10 am. It was almost 3 hours for oil change, tire rotation. The waiting area was full of people complaining. I'm a patient person, however the waiting area seemed more like people waiting for a doctor to show up. The coffee was great!

I had an appointment. At 8:00 didn't get out till 10:00. On top of that I got charged for rotating my tires that I bought from you! 133.00 for an oil change and tire rotation? I can't afford to come back. I guess I'll have to find another shop here in Lewisburg so that I don't be late for work. And now your stupid app won't let me submit this comment

The wait was too long. I got there for my 10 o’clock appointment at 9:50 and it was after 1 o’clock when I left. I have never had to wait that long before for an appointment. The man who checked me out was excellent!
