I brought my new Tundra up last Thursday with 4 requests. Lift kit and steps that I financed in the deal as well as fix the MFG defect in the paint and remove the TRD stickers. I was promised 2 day turnaround and completion by Saturday. I was notified Saturday it would go into Monday and then Monday that it would be done Tuesday. I asked if they were able to get everything done and they confirmed, everything but removing the stickers. I get there today to pick it up and the defect in the door wasn’t touched. After that, I spoke with a manager that said I would have to bring it back so they could get a quote from TriStar (your body shop). I took it upon myself to take the truck and got it looked at within 5 minutes. They are sending the estimate to Roberts. Living 45m away it’s not easy going back and forth and literally all the miles on my brand new truck is going back and forth to Roberts.

I have gone there 3 times now and every time I get an oil change the oil filter housing has oil leaking off of it. I asked if they wiped it off this time and was told it was clean. I looked at it my self and there was oil dripping off again so I wiped it off. I know it’s a small detail but if it is cleaned after that insures there is no leaks

My appointment was for 10:00. I dropped it off way before then, they didn’t get me finished til close to 2:00. Tire rotation was all I was getting. When I picked it up, I was handed my keys, I signed 2 papers, no one told me where my car was, I walked the lot and finally went back inside n told them I couldn’t find it. One of the shop workers from the back helped me find it. Parked all the way in the back of building. So unprofessional.
