The visit took over 2 hours. That is significantly more than I would expect a scheduled oil change and rotation to take. Larry was kind and helpful, but I was disappointed by how long it took. There were no available seats in either waiting area upon my arrival.

The only thing that I can say is I was just getting a regular service for my truck no tire rotation and it took 1 hour and 45 minutes and I get there 20 minutes early and I was next in line that seems a little bit long shouldn't have took longer than 30 to 40 minutes

Pricing was what we considered unreasonable. We were able to get a better price at Toyota of Cool Springs. They were willing to work with us on pricing and we traveled there to get our services today.
