Connor absolutely crushed it! His service was top-notch — professional, quick, and friendly the whole way through. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing it right. I brought the 2024 Tacoma that I bought a few weeks ago at Roberts in to have the OEM swing-away toolboxes installed. The right toolbox was mis-installed; the plate to hold the latch was installed too far back so that the toolbox would not latch. I believe they had their most junior tech do the work and he botched it. The latch itself had been drilled out to try to accommodate, but it still did not work. I made Larry and the shop foreman aware of the problem. The shop foreman confirmed this was mis-installed; Larry said "he'd make it right." I've e-mailed Larry twice to see about taking care of it through a rebate on one of the two boxes - haven't heard back. I'm really disappointed in the service department and this simple mount; I don't believe I'll be bringing the truck back for service to Roberts in Columbia because of it.

I just had the car serviced and you. Said all was good, the power steering is light still comes on and now the car will no start. I think it’s the battery. In your report you said it was good. I will have to have you check it out ASAP

My vehicle checking report shows nothing. I used to be able to see that they actually checked everything and see where my tire levels are, tire wear level, wipers, Etc. Would like to know that they actually inspected everything and where everything is at.
