I tried to voice my frustration to the staff in the service office. Nobody seemed to be very empathetic. So I just shut up and moved on with my life. I was notified by the vehicle that it needed an oil change. Your dealership also called me, left voicemails and text messages about the required maintenance that was needed on my car. Then I called in and talked to a live person who scheduled me a maintenance appointment. At no time was it mentioned that the car actually did not need an oil change and that it only needed its tires rotated. I am in the middle of an extremely busy part of the year for my business and our family. I would not have made an appointment and missed work, just to come in for a tire rotation. I came in thinking I was getting an oil change, which was a big check in the box because every day from here on out is packed with meetings and other responsibilities. When I showed up and found out it was just a tire rotation that I needed, I was very disappointed that was not mentioned earlier. It was a complete waste of my afternoon. I missed a meeting that I really needed to be at, and there was no giveback. So I’m just frustrated with your system, and I wish it hadn’t misled me.

Someone almost backed into my vehicle. One of your employee. A price check for my needs wasn't completely done. I just got a run around. Not happy with the overall situation. Probably won't be back. James M

Chris was very good at his job and understanding and asked all the questions that I had I will definitely be back Chris was awesome ps if this gets to his bosses or something give this man a raise or a bonus I will definitely be coming and getting a new car soon he sold me already with how great you guys were!!

I was treated well by the young man who serviced my car but I have a problem with my touch screen. It pops up your session has expired. You have to click OK it then asks for a 6 didgeridoo pin which I have never had. The person who I assume was the service manager said I had put it there. I assured him I had not, he then said someone else who drove ot did it. I am a 86 year old widow who lives alone NO ONE ELSE DRIVES MY CAR. He finally said, why ca t you just push the buttons. I can do that but I don't think I should have to on a car with barely 20 thousand miles on it. I am female but I am not stupid and don't appreciate being talked to like I am. I have considered trading for a 26 RAV 4 but if do it will not be with Roberts Toyota
