The recall repairs were completed on our Highlander. I arrived at my scheduled appointment time, 8:30 AM. I was told by the service writer that it would take2-3 hours, so I decided to wait. The repairs were completed late on the afternoon. I walked out of the service lounge around 3:00PM. I waited 5.5 hours. I understand being busy, but what bothered me was the lack of communication. No one talked to me after checking in until l inquired about the status of the repairs. I love Robert’s Toyota and I will continue to be a loyal customer, but the lack of communication was an issue.

I am not sure the noise has been resolved that I told them about. I heard it again on my way home. This is the third visit that I have had about this and they have put brakes on and other things and it still isn’t resolved they do a great job in service and are very nice however I want to know what is making the scretching noise when I slow down and put on my brakes
