I took my car in to have the brakes fixed, the timing belt replaced, noisy belts fixed, check engine
Light fixed, and vacuum lines replaced. I was quoted $775 to fix everything.
The car was at the dealer for more than a week. In that time they fixed the check engine and the front brakes. They didn’t fix the belts and the rear brakes. The charged me $759 for only part of what was needed to be fixed. During the week that the car was at the dealer I never received a call from the service manager. There is a number listed on the website for the dealer that does not work.when I called for an update they said they would find out and then call me back.They never called me back. This has been the worse service I have ever received. I will never take my cars to Roberts Toyota again. They are the worst dealer That I have ever dealt with
Always polite and professional vehicle service. Cordial staff with clean maintenance and service areas. Complimentary customer coffee, etc. My 2019 RAV4 Limited is the first car I ever owned that worked flawlessly from the start. Did have them radio amplifier fail last year and it appeared that there were several similar instances seen by the dealer. Might need to be investigated as a potential recall item. Overall very satisfied with both Toyota and the Roberts Toyota dealership.

There was no communication with us regarding our repair aside from the times that I called to get updates. I can elaborate about this further if the representative wants to call. The best time to call is after 5:00 pm.
My car still makes a loud noise when in reverse. I’m not sure what was checked at the 5,000 mile mark, but I had hoped everything would have been checked out (including the reverse). Other than that, I think everything else went well.

I had my car 2 days and it started messing up yall had it for almost 3 weeks and still didn’t fix it…. Now that I got it back two days ago the transmission is acting up… yall refuse to put me back in a loaner as yall seen I had 3 small children and knew this was my only car… but yet yall can’t supply another loaner while yall attempt to actually fix mine….. which is absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had when a lot of my family as bought from yall… I will be attempting to reach out to Mr.Eddie
