I’m very pleased with your service department and can readily advise others to use your facility. I was pleased to use a coupon. The estimated time for the work was exactly what it turned out to be. Ethan and Michael were professional in their manners, knowledgeable, and very helpful with my questions. Your waiting room was clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to have had a remote to change the tv channel but I understand that all parties might not agree on the same one. Next time I will ask exactly what they plan to do before they begin but I didn’t have any surprises. Gail S

Tundra alignment was off and I felt like it was probably off from when it was purchased. Delivered to Roberts in that condition. Purchased by me in that condition. I had to pay to have it corrected. I have a 2016Tacoma with 300k miles and never had to have it aligned. My Tundra has 25k miles. So did the quality control slip, or did I start driving like a mad man? I know the answer to this.
