Normally my service appointments are about 2 hours. This time I dropped off at 10am and my vehicle wasn’t ready until closing time at 4pm! The lady up front was very apologetic and kind. Meanwhile another personnel sent me a text message right after telling me the vehicle was ready and said my quote was double($406.08) of what I was originally quoted ($265/ $280) for front breaks. This was clearly an error on his part, but someone needs to coach that gentleman. You shouldn’t make such errors and upset your customers without any remorse. Not to mention the long wait time for the vehicle to be serviced. It wasn’t a very pleasant experience.

Fix it the first time by paying attention to the “Little Details” of the job and NOT assuming that any historical records are applicable to requested service. Driving five hours to discover job incomplete w/ a sorry this happened.

I’m very pleased with your service department and can readily advise others to use your facility. I was pleased to use a coupon. The estimated time for the work was exactly what it turned out to be. Ethan and Michael were professional in their manners, knowledgeable, and very helpful with my questions. Your waiting room was clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to have had a remote to change the tv channel but I understand that all parties might not agree on the same one. Next time I will ask exactly what they plan to do before they begin but I didn’t have any surprises. Gail S
