I didn’t fully understand the reason for the recall, but your service eliminated an occasional noise that I heard coming from the rear of the car. I could never identify the source of the noise, which was only intermittent and never loud, but thank you for eliminating it!

Everything went well except there were black greasy marks on my front leather seats. It would be nice if the workers would use seat protectors when they are working on the vehicles. Thanks

I had front breaks replaced recently. There has been a high pitched squeaking when I accelerate ever since when I begin driving in the morning and after work. I brought it back in to be looked at twice. Each time I was told it was just moisture or rust on break pads or rotor in the morning. I was told I needed to drive more in general. That explanation does not make sense. It is not squeaking when braking. It is almost as if something is sticking when accelerating like calipers, break dust screen, etc. The vehicle did not make this noise before I brought it in for new brakes. Service manager was pleasant and kind…No complaint there. I am frustrated with the answer I received and lack of resolution. Wheels should not squeak when starting to drive; otherwise everyone’s cars would sound like that.

Mycalyn did a good job keeping me informed when she had the information available to her. I'm satisfied with the repair but 4 days to replace a battery, albeit somehwat complicated by the purchase and delayed deliverybof the clamp and bolt, seems excessive.

I just had my brakes done on Saturday. They are now making a horrible grinding sound. I called today & was told it could be looked at Monday. That is unacceptable! I am going out of town tomorrow night I need this looked at ASAP! I'm going to stop by tomorrow & see what can be done

I wish I was notified personally on the air filter needing to be changed and the cabin filter needing changed. My phone died so I would not had access to the service report until after I returned home. Now I feel I have to make another 2 hour trip one way to get these changed out.

They do whatever they want and not what I asked them to do; all tires had different pressures. I had my truck detailed when I took it there and had to clean it afterwards.. Just totally dissatisfied with the place…
