I changed my cabin air filter 10 minutes before coming to get the oil changed on Friday morning. I got my multipoint inspection done and they told me my cabin air filter needed changed. The guy at the front desk went and asked the tech about it when I brought it up and he explained that if it’s not a bright white color, then at a glance, it would look dirty. This is a poor way to decide if the filter is actually dirty since he admitted he didn’t even take the filter out and only looked at the end of it. Super disappointed and my trust of recommended services has significantly gone down at this establishment.

The service was excellent. The service department is wonderful. I am just so confused as to why I have a two year-old car 2023 Venza where the radio has gone bad and I pay $1600. ??? No recall. No warranty. Why did the radio break when it’s only a 2023?

I simply had an oil change and tire rotation. I asked to check TPMS sensors because my tire pressure warning (!) light was on. They were going to charge me $190! On my way to Direct Tires my steering wheel was shaking over 35 mph! Not balanced… so I called the shop to inform them. Than I get to Discount Tires and they check the sensors (FREE)! they noticed my front left tire was 27! So I called again and asked if the tires were checked and they said yes. I than said one was 27!!! So my experience isn’t great!

Best possible service - I was so upset all week that I had caused damage to my bumper last weekend, but I knew that Robert's Toyota would take care of things for me in the best possible way. And they came through for me,100%! I appreciate the excellent service and kindness shown by the team,and especially by Larry Fee. Thank you.

Mikey is helpful and easily to deal with. Very informative and very helpful in explaining and identifying parts needed in a short given time. Fast moving customer services is what peoples looking into for a quality customer service and this man Mikey is a good character for what he does is an excellent service for the record. The first day I was there I did not hear from Chris at all. I had to call and get updates from him. He also was not the one who called me to set up the follow-up appointment. He did well for me when I was on-site but did not communicate well with me at all otherwise.
