Michael was great. But my oil change and wiper blades took over 2 hours. And the navigation part that I had scheduled wasn’t in the original service order so now I have to come back again for the navigation.

The mechanic left grease and oil in the seat of my wife's car and on the dash. They are cloth seats. The car has less than 2000 miles on it with grease stained seats now.
