Russell Hickman was awesome! He went above and beyond in helping me fix an issue with the system that was listing my car as the wrong year. I had mentioned the problem to Karen when I made the appointment, but he had it fixed within minutes! Excellent customer service.

We were in a bind. We needed a new water pump before we could leave on a week-long 1,600 mile round-trip road trip. We learned of the issue the week before and made plans to have it repaired elsewhere. When a miscommunication in the repair schedule blew up those plans, we called Roberts late in the day because of the good work they had done on the transmission the week before. I normally am skeptical of dealer services, but Roberts got us in that night and the repair was done the next day as promised, in time for our trip the following day. As my husband said, “There is service, and there is service that makes a difference.” THANK YOU for making a difference in the service you provide. Highly commend and recommend!
