Waiting on replacement part: clip for roof rail on driver’s side Rav 4. Brought car in Aug 24. Vehicle was recalled by Toyota for clip leak. Part was to be ordered. Any news on replacement time table?

I made an appointment for the 30k/35 month maintenance on my vehicle and when I went to pick it up, he said that all they did was the tire rotation and oil change and that my filters were dirty and needed to be changed next time. I asked why they didn’t change them this time and his response was they didn’t have time because it was late in the day. My appointment was at 4pm. They told me it was ready at 4:57pm, I was there by 5:15 and they didn’t close until 6. There were no other vehicles in the shop. I am very frustrated about the whole situation. I can get a basic oil change and tire rotation anywhere, but wanted the maintenance package completed on my vehicle to keep it running like new. I’m not sure that I will continue servicing my vehicle at this location after that experience.

Did not complete tire rotation as instructed on order. I caught this and they took my truck back and completed the rotation in 20 minutes or so. Then after I got home I noticed all three screws and missing on plastic where skid plate attaches. The guys who checked me in were great it’s just whoever actually worked on my truck.
