I brought my 2013 corolla for an oil change on 10-14-23. I came to pick up my car. I found a puddle underneath. I ask the service writer to come out and look at the puddle. He crawled underneath the car and found the oil plug had not been tightened. I have been bringing both my cars to your service dept since I bought a car with yall in 2013 and have been mostly satisfied. I will continue to do business with yall because of my positive past experiences. If I had been a first time customer I would not be coming back. Thank you for the opportunity to express my concerns.

Oil change and tire rotation was scheduled by appointment for 2:00pm. I arrived on time. It took one hour and forty-five minutes until my vehicle was ready. Totally unacceptable for a simple, routine maintenance procedure.

No need to contact me, I won’t be coming back to have any maintenance done or to buy a vehicle there. Maybe consider having some training for employees on how to properly talk to and treat customers instead of instantly getting smart with them and having attitudes and smart comments to make when they have clearly made mistakes on their side but instead of owning that they want to put all the blame on the customer.
