Had an appointment for 3:00 got there early 2:45 for oil change and tire rotation,didn’t finish until around 5:00 .

I had to bring my Prius back after an oil change because the radiator antifreeze was low and they didn’t fill the reservoir. I had asked them to fill the reservoir when I dropped off my car for the oil change.
