My preference as a customer would be to get updates without having to call and request them. I would also prefer my Service Advisor follow through with what has been asked of him.

This was a tricky thing. The service was good and they attempted to fix the problem however my issues was not fixed. I had spent there for hours for them trying to figure out the issue. So I am grateful for the thoroughness of the work. So I can’t say it was an actual issues with the service. My issue just didn’t get fixed.

Personnel was nice and professional. Pay ahead and skip the wait. You still have to wait at the counter. The videos were terrible, not understandable, and what good is the video when the tech is not videoing the actual job. The paperwork already tells what the tech did.
