MIKE WAS JUST WONDERFUL, KIND,SMART AND KEPT ME INFORMED. I ALSO WAND TO MENTION THE FRONT COUNTER LADY( SENIOR PETSON) I AM embarrassed that. Forgot her name(service 12/26 and 12/27 ) so kind and gracious......this battery problem has been very stressful and had car towed twice to Robert's ( your towing recommendation was also great) we are thankful for service...esp from MIKE what a gentleman.
