I took my car yesterday and today i drive it when i arrive in my parking at home, the radio is turn off and the car is turn off by itself. When I try to restart it, it can not start.

Jeremy was amazing, my son and I were in ft Wayne at a basketball tournament and hit something on the road on our way up. It tore up the bottom air dam under the engine and was dragging the ground and damaging the car even more. He got us in with no appointment, removed it, fixed the rest so we could get back on the road and home. I had only owned the car for about 18 hours before I pulled into the dealership. This is my first Toyota I have ever owned and less than 24 hours of being a Toyota owner I will always be one! The icing on today's cake, Jeremy said you have had a bad enough day and refused to charge me for the help!

I believe your technician broke my lens on my vehicle. It seems to never fail when I come in to get some work done it’s always costing me an arm and a leg ????????????????. Furthermore when I bought the vehicle in around 2020 we had a maintenance agreement that we paid for and I was still charged for things I believe should have been covered.

I only come to Evans because of John. You have other guys, but John is far and above for customer care. I tried to hire him when I was in retail management a few years ago and he said no. Great guy.
