I was treated very well in the service department. However, I didn’t think I should have to pay for alignment, since I had bought the extra package for coverage of any issue, my Toyota might have.

A quiet place to wait without radio music, TV and other people using their phones on speaker would be appreciated. Often times I just want to relax and read while I wait. An outdoor seating area in warmer weather would be nice also

John is a great advisor to work with! My only concern was that all of the protective papers and plastic were left in the vehicle when the maintenance was completed. I would have thought they would remove it when finished with the servicing of the vehicle. Thanks!
