He told me a little longer than a hour to service the car. It was over 2 hours for the oil change. That is too long to make someone to wait for an oil change. I bought this car brand new from Evans 10 years ago and never had to wait that long.

Had my van all day. All the maint required, warning lights still on when I picked it up. Charged $300+ dollars to do absolutely nothing. Would likely have received better service from an unlicensed hobo I found in a park. Took the “diagnostics” and $8000+ estimate you gave me to another shop and having the same work done for 1/4 the cost. Your shop is criminal and you should be ashamed.

I came in for a simple oil change yet, I was having difficulty with the Apple Pay and connecting my phone to the hands-free system of the car. The technician took it upon himself to lecture me on updating my phone and anything else, but helping me with the issue! Why would I also then need to drop my car and my phone off for four hours to prove that the issues that I’m having are happening when it is all over the Internet that the 2024 Highlander is having trouble with this particular situation. Unhappy for sure.

Jeremy did great. This is a recommendation to return headlights to auto after completing service. This was the fourth oil change in a row that headlights were in the off position. Unfortunately, I forgot to check and was pulled over for failing to have my lights on.
