The mechanic sent a photo to my phone of the cabin filter needing replaced. I authorized that to be put on. The service department female receptionist was very nice & helpful. This was my first time at this dealership & I was well pleased. I'll return there.

I don’t understand why it takes almost an hour and a half for an oil change. I’m also not a fan of the texting potential problems instead of a service employee coming to the waiting room to tell you your car’s ready or you might want to consider fixing this or that issue. So much for customer service, let’s join the masses and let technology communicate.
Also, as I observed the waiting room yesterday, almost every employee was staring at their phones, service included….maybe that’s why it takes an hour and a half for an oil change.
I am not happy that there is something metal hanging from the underside of the car that was not like that before.

Trunk would not open. Took my car in to Evan’s Toyota in Fort Wayne. They called me and said the latch was broken and they could not fix it until the next Tuesday. Then they said I could not pick it up for the weekend because the trunk lock was broken and the trunk lid would not close. So I was out a car for 3 days over the holiday weekend. Then they charged me $800.00 dollars for fixing it. Then after complaining about the cost they reduced the bill by 10% Wow! Can’t afford to get anything to go bad on my Camry. Totally unacceptable! Design flaw in the lock of the trunk because there is no outside lock on the trunk nor anyway to get into the truck besides tearing the backseat out. Glad I did not have something valuable in the trunk.
They were truthful why my car is non drivable. They car about their customers.
Kylee handled everything very professionally under difficult circumstances and was extremely helpful during the process. I enjoyed working with her in spite of all the bad news she had to communicate to me.
