Price of parts and labor are steep but did solved my problem in a timely matter.

Service was fast and efficient as always.
I had a 1:00 appointment for an oil change. Two and one half hours later I went to check on my car. There were several sets of paperwork and keys sitting on the back counter. The service person picked up my paperwork and checked me out. There were no apologies about the 2 1/2 hour wait. I asked if my request to reset the service button to 10,000 miles instead of 5000 like is usually done was carried out. I explained that I get my tires rotated at a different business. It is confusing when 2 warning come up. The service person told me it was done. It was not, even though this request was written up to do. I hope this was just a very busy, understaffed day. I was very disappointed in the service I received. I would have been more understanding if someone had explained if there was a situation. Also, I usually get a —point inspection report. Today I got nothing. I also didn’t get any follow up text reports other than my car had been checked in and a report would follow.

While inspecting my 4runner before getting its yearly Fluidfilm treatment. I noticed 1 of the 4 bolts holding my skidplate on was missing
