Car’s A/C was inspected and I requested that one of my tires be inspected which they accomplished. All was done in a very timely manner at no charge. Everyone was very pleasant and professional.

This is my first service experience with Evans. I was very impressed with how profesional staff members were. I really like the video inspections walking through any recommendations and the condition of the vehicle. It definitely brings me peace of mind to have. I appreciate that I wasn't just provided with the final report, but that it was explained to me so I understood the future recommended services and service intervals.

I waited over two hours for my scheduled oil change, and was charged $140. I’ve never paid that much and should have gone somewhere else. I will never bring my vehicles to Evan’s again, and I’ll be sure to tell my friends and family about this experience.
Everyone was very courteous. Estimated time given when I checked in was up to an hour so I planned to wait. When that stretched to an hour and 15 minutes, I checked on the status and was told there were some problems and if they couldn’t get it figured out soon I would have to bring the car back another day. I wish someone would have just kept me apprised of what was going on and the need for more time. An hour and forty minutes is a long time to wait when you’re expecting “up to an hour”.
Access to soft drinks was a nice surprise. This was my first visit to your service department. I didn’t know about your shuttle until I had been there about 15 minutes and the gentleman came in asking if anyone wanted a ride. I wish I would have taken him up on it!
Overall the experience wasn’t “bad”. Your service personnel didn’t know they were going to encounter problems. An update just would have been nice.
