John went to great lengths to see that my costs were covered by a service contract I bought in Texas last year before I moved to Indiana-- I was figuring that I was just going to have to eat that expense, but John thought that the contract should be transferable, and he made it happen. I was very pleased.
Evans service team always makes the visit as smooth as possible.
Kay was phenomenal. She kept us informed at all time, what point we were at with the service of our vehicle. She is pleasant, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable of her job. She is definitely an asset to your company.
I had an appointment at 1:00, and I was on time.
The problem was the radar assist cruise control wasn’t working, and probably need recalibration.
3 and a half hours later, I was told that it need to be recalibrated (really, it took that long to diagnose a problem that I told the about when I got there.
Then it took another 1 and a half hours to calibrate it (that I might believe because of road test.). All an all I didn’t get out of there until 6:30 p.m.
5 and a half hours seems way too long, and this is why I don’t bring my car to the dealer for service unless absolutely necessary.
I appreciated not being pressured into buying additional services. It was also nice to have a private place to work while my car was being worked on. I also had some time limitations and they were able to accommodate my needs.
The service writer was great
Service was great and everything was explained to me. David was very patient with me. After all I'm not a mechanic. I have been going to Evans for years for service and they always do a great job.
I really am happy with the attention the service the details you guys even noticed that one of the air valve cap on the rear driver side tire was kind of damaged and you replaced it and top of that you checked the air pressure in each tire and small things like that make your team great so thank you to all those whom were involved in the service of my 2006 4runner
