My only complaint is my wife had to wait 15 minutes to get checked in at the Service Desk which impacted her schedule to make an online meeting. She is thankful that she was allowed to use a conference room for her meeting.
I arrived and checked in at 12. They sent me a text saying that someone would let me know what was going on with my vehicle. 1hr went by 1 hadn't heard anything. So I'm thinking they're busy someone will reach out to me. Going on 2hrs still no one checked. So a gentlemen had seen me sitting there and ask if I needed anything, I replied yes I wanted to know why no one had come to give me any results. Apparently, they got busy and forgot about me. I feel like I should have been compensated for some of my time.
I ended up paying $360 for a battery, that I had been waiting for about3hrs.I was very disappointed. I feel like they should've given me a better discount.
Would really appreciate your bringing the car to me when it is finished as you did upon my request. Thank you so much. This truly made my experience perfect.

They ordered the wrong part. Now I’m forced to miss more work, which ****.**** happens and I’m not upset. We all make mistakes. It’s just disappointing. My first service visit was good and set high expectations. There’s no need to contact me. You asked if I was completely satisfied and I wasn’t. I’m still going back there. They haven’t lost my business.
John went to great lengths to see that my costs were covered by a service contract I bought in Texas last year before I moved to Indiana-- I was figuring that I was just going to have to eat that expense, but John thought that the contract should be transferable, and he made it happen. I was very pleased.

Kay was phenomenal. She kept us informed at all time, what point we were at with the service of our vehicle. She is pleasant, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable of her job. She is definitely an asset to your company.
I had an appointment at 1:00, and I was on time.
The problem was the radar assist cruise control wasn’t working, and probably need recalibration.
3 and a half hours later, I was told that it need to be recalibrated (really, it took that long to diagnose a problem that I told the about when I got there.
Then it took another 1 and a half hours to calibrate it (that I might believe because of road test.). All an all I didn’t get out of there until 6:30 p.m.
5 and a half hours seems way too long, and this is why I don’t bring my car to the dealer for service unless absolutely necessary.
I appreciated not being pressured into buying additional services. It was also nice to have a private place to work while my car was being worked on. I also had some time limitations and they were able to accommodate my needs.
