I didn't realize the service writers communicate via text when the car is completed. I waited extra time because I didn't look at my phone. Not a very personal touch. The music in the waiting area was too loud.

I brought in a 2016 Mercedes GLE350 and 2017 Lexus RX350 to have several services completed on each. Everything went very well and very fair pricing. Additionally both vehicles needed to have their service reminders reset and Jacob went above and beyond to get this even though the Mercedes was a challenge. Please my comments along to Jacob and Lenny Martin as well.

The issue with my vehicle should have been noticed the first service repairs of the sum of $1000. Not two after service fir additional $5,000.labor costs on cylinder in cylinder issues. I'm disappointed. With cost of living, Thanksgiving and Christmas approaching.

I was not happy that they rotated my tires without asking me first
I am csatisfied except I should be able to have all 5 of my full size tires rotated without having to make a special request, or having to explain why or that I want it done. You should be asking me if I want a 4-wheel or 5-wheel rotation. You should add an option for a 5-tire rotation if it's a system or scheduling issue. Evans Toyota should know that in order to ensure that all of the tires on my vehicle have even tread wear,you need to rotate my full-size spare tire along with the other four. This is especially vital for all-wheel or 4-wheel drive vehicles where even small differences can put undue strain on my vehicle's drive train. Also, this helps "extend" the life of all five tires, plus it wears out the spare tire before it "ages out," ensuring it is safe for use when needed.
