John always goes the extra mile to make sure all of my questions and concerns have been fully satisfied
My appointment was at 7:30, for a tire rotation and fluids check. I finally went to check on my truck at 10, it was already sitting outside, and no one had come to get me. I got the texts telling me what they found after I left and had made it to work.
My experience was not because of Grant. He was great to work with. I had three out of four tires that needed to be replaced. They were only two years old. I had bought them there. They were supposed to be good tires and they are going to turn in an invoice so hopefully I’ll be reimbursed for my three new tires, I had to buy yesterday. Very disappointed that I have to wait for the money. It should be automatically Toyota‘s issue. They bought the tires from Michelin and they were definitely defective. Grant, I know will do his best to get a refund for me but I don’t think I should have to wait for that. I think Toyota should wait. for it.
Sent them after a needle in a haystack, found it in just a few hours. They were successfully able to complete the repair w/o needing to reschedule, which I really appreciated. One of the worst things about having an older vehicle is that it’s always in and out of the shop, burning a hole in my wallet.
I am very appreciative that they were able to find my issue rather quickly (hours, not days) and resolve it without issue. I will definitely consider going back to this dealership for further maintenance and repairs when budget allows. My biggest objection is the cost of parts ($2,700 for leaf springs??), but my truck can legally drink, so, I understand that supply and demand is probably not in my favor here.
