Attendant and Service was excellent.
It wouldnt have been necessary if the previous service would have been completed correctly. Not what I expected out of a new $50k vehicle.
I drove an hour each way to you and back!
A $20 gas card would have made this much easier to swallow.
Thanks

Please, put my seats back where they were, turn my DRLs back on (auto), and hit the auto button on the heat-a/c. You guys are close to perfect, but these things at pick-up are annoying.
Staff profane pleasant. Easy to schedule. Pleasant environment during wait.
One item of a list of things could only be fixed things that I can do myself but I purchased a warranty that has to be entertained by ASE certified mechanics/shop the veteran mechanic I was told did not want to work on my vehicle due to the lift kit I own a Toyota That’s why I brought it to “Evans Toyota” Very disappointed that nothing mechanical on my list was fixed. The radio update was the only thing” fixed”
Mr Winters was very helpful as my Service person. Very informative.
Pyay was very knowledgeable and knew his job. Very kind and helpful.
Your team is always respectful and friendly!
My appointment took 40 minutes longer than planned. I did not get a report of the 12 point inspection.
Your prices are no where near competitive and the attempt to up sell were overwhelming especially on a vehicle with only 30,ooo miles.
Vw would always wash and vacuum my vehicle. You all did not. Cheap lazy or dobyou just not give a ****?
Quick & efficient, it was ready in less time then quoted. Thanks!!
John was honest and patient in hearing me out.
Was told one price for the oil change and when they finished I was charged more than I was quoted
The work done by John and the service team was excellent. Although, there were quite a few black marks left all over the interior of my vehicle. I spent over $1,300 to get my car serviced and would like to get into it without it being filthy. Again, I appreciate the quality work.
My service light came on so I scheduled an appointment to get the oil changed. My appointment time was 1 pm today and I arrived approximately 15 minutes early. The light was on not for an oil change, but for a tire rotation (my husband paid for a service contract of some kind). I was told it would take an hour to get that done, then they said I also needed an alignment so I agreed to that, possibly increasing my wait time up to another 30 minutes. After that amount of time passed no one had come in to talk to me about a delay so I went to the desk to check. My rotation was still not complete and they hadn’t begun on the alignment. I told him not to do the alignment then and he said he get after them to get the rotation done. Really all that time to rotate tires with an appointment. At 3:45 they told me my car was finished and they did get the alignment completed after all. He apologized and gave me a 10% discount. I am very dissatisfied with the time taken to get this minor service job finished. I was not prepared to sit in there THREE HOURS and would not have taken this appointment had I know how long it would take. When I said I no longer wanted the alignment they shouldn’t have done it and made me wait longer. I am very dissatisfied with the amount time taken to do this minor service. Come on people. If you can’t get the job done in the given amount of time don’t schedule those appointments and please don’t make your valued customers suffer sitting in those chair that long. Roselma Slone
Appreciated you checking my brakes since II’d been hearing some squeaking. Fortunately no problem was discovered.
Pyay is a great service advisor, of all the advisors I feel he genuinely cares for his customers and provides great customer service compared to the other advisors.
Thanks Pyay!
I wish my car’s problem had been found. Very mysterious, but glad I had it checked.
