Said radio was in. Called me the day before, to remind me of service appointment to put new radio in. Took vehicle in, said it would be 2 hrs. We left and almost got home, Evans Toyota calls back and said radio was not in. Now I have to wait till end of October for radio to come in. Very disappointed.
