I only have one complaint. You guys do a great job servicing my vehicle and the interactions I had with Jerrad was great! I even had a nice chat with another gentleman I assume worked there who asked about the book I was reading. But my very first interaction while pulling my car into the service center was not good. The person opened my door, I turned and looked at them and said hello and without even looking at me, **** faced like they would rather bash their face into my windshield than to try and at least fake a smile and make eye contact, said hello in the most monotone depressing voice. So I commented "no eye contact huh?" And still didnt make eye contact or even look in my direction. I understand if you are having a bad day or just hate your job but leave that **** attitude and frowned up face at home. Come to work and be somewhat professional. They had a crown tattoo on their right hand. I hope whatever they are going through gets better though. Hopefully someone reads this and offers some help to that employee who is obviously going through something.

Checking the car in the service team was excellent but I’m not sure who all worked on my car I had to bring it back several times for one recall they also left a long tubing under my hood. And they did something to the gas gauge that wasn’t correct it so then I had to bring it back for the fourth time and it was very inconvenient with the kind of job I do not having a car four times all day and I usually never complain but it was kind of a pain I must say
