The used, new-to-me, truck had a serious muffler on my test drive. This not only shortened the run, but was a serious distraction during the test I should have driven it after the muffler repair as at least one of the 4 brake rotors are warped. Apply the brake at any speed and the whole truck lunges forward and back as the warp passes the pads. I would have addressed this prior to finalizing had I realized the issue. However, I thought it was something that could be addressed so I took it in for repair. I was told nothing was wrong and that the symptom was from it sitting on the lot. I'm left feeling that the deal was done and so is any negotiation with prior mechanical troubles. Wonder if that 2 inch hole in the muffler occurred while it sat in the lot? Nothing in their words about money they put into the truck after they received it makes sense. And I'm the one paying for it. Typical shady used car organization and the service techs who back them up.

Jeremy was great… explained everything done to my vehicle and reviewed the results with me. I even received a car wash while I was there, very nice customer service! The only thing is I have to make a trip back to the service center to have my message cleared saying I need service.

Excellent service. Very thorough. Listened to me on what tires I wanted (wish physicians had a tenth of such respect). Time estimate was right on. Explained everything that was to happen. Very professional yet friendly with a sense of humor. Thanks for such outstanding service.

I had to search for my car after my oil change. It wasn’t anywhere to be found. The staff also had no ideas where it was. Once it was found, there was no new sticker inside the cabin, so I had to go back in and ask for it. It felt a bit like amateur hour.

Dave Davis was amazing. He kept me updated about my car today. I came in expecting a general oil change and turns out it needed new breaks and rotors. I told him I just had them both changed last year and he said he would look into it for me. I really appreciate that he is going out of his way, beyond what I would expect, to help.

Well first I sent pictures and a video of my car acting up after it was totally blown off after my previous oil change when i brought up the concerns. I had to repeat everything on Monday because service didn’t know why my car was there after I dealt with the service man at the desk on Friday. Then I’m treated like this is user error and I just don’t know how to use my cell phone or it’s my cell phones fault. Not to mention I’ve driven the vehicle die a year before this started. Terrible experience wasted an entire day until it did act up with tech in car about the 3rd time I was there that day. He took the same pictures and videos I had already sent in for me to leave with nothing fixed and a waste of my day. Everyone was nice and I understand there is a protocol but I’m not stupid and my iPhone 16 pro max was not the issue and I’ve used multiple phones which is information I had already relayed over and over again.
