Excellent Service today! Dominyk was very friendly and helpful. I appreciate him getting me in on short notice. I was very impressed with the Service today and will be bringing my Rav back for future service. I’ve been very unhappy with the service at Thayer Toyota in Bowling Green. So it’s not a far drive to come to Sandusky.

At checkout time following my $99 LOF & rotation I was surprised to see $9 charge added the total. I asked Dave, “What’s this?” Dave proceed to tell me that’s miscellaneous stuff as a part of the work and the government…. Huh? A shop towel? Vending machine snacks? Really? If I may suggest, perhaps you would present a better image were you to just say the work is $108 rather then leave me to wonder how the mechanic spent my $9? - Norb Schmitz

I was told the direction indicator located in the rear view mirror was fixed. I asked it to be fixed. It was not, and their was no reason given why not except a comment was made that the car was old!
