I scheduled the appointment to have my tires changed out as they are running it out tread. I showed up to the appointment and they did not have tires my size even though I gave them make and model over the phone. I had to take off work for this appointment so it's a bit frustrating.

Didn't have part wiper bad under warranty
They totally missed the 5000 mile service and didn't reboot the computer for the glitch on the dash board. They were focused on another issue.
Collision service was not performed there but she was very helpful nonetheless.

Jamie was extremely helpful, and very compassionate with my situation. She genuinely cares for the customers and went out of her way to help me; I was from out of state and my car was caught in a flood at my hotel. While I was at Fireland’s, State Farm decided to total my car. When the local Herz ran out of rental cars, she helped me problem solve. All of the staff at Fireland’s were very compassionate, but Kamie went out of her way to help. And she made sure I got to a hotel as I couldn’t find transportation home that day. She is an amazing person!
